上週的佛學講座講到船子德誠禪師

讓我想起了學生時期很喜歡的美國樂團「Sky Sailing」

很喜歡他的音樂風格偏重於原音吉他和鋼琴的融合

他的音樂帶給人簡單快樂的喜悅

有時候像冬天午後微暖的太陽，有時候像夏天清晨涼爽的微風

歌詞也非常有詩意

剛好上週談到「船子德誠」，就推薦這首《Sailboats》給大家

船子德誠禪師的故事讓我印象很深刻

他得道之後不是坐在大道場登堂講經說法

而是隱居在華亭岸邊，在河川幫人家划船擺渡

一邊擺渡一邊度人，隨緣度眾也隨緣度日

即便不是度到最高層天，但至少他幫助人渡到河的另一邊

那時候的德誠和尚應該已經四五十歲了吧

得道的大師竟然能如此卑微地做基層的勞工

他就這樣在船上過了三十年，一邊度人一邊等待著他的傳承者

這樣的耐心真的很令人佩服

在這漫長的三十年當中，他作了很多首詩

錦羽很喜歡上週談到的這首詩

千尺絲綸直下垂，一波才動萬波隨

夜靜水寒魚不食，滿船空載月明歸

德誠和尚在船上的這三十年

他發現船漂浮在江面上，即使不動也會被周遭的一絲動靜影響

但是水底下不會動，越深入水底越平靜

他體悟到修行的功夫要下得夠深

他在船上體會無情說法，他在船上修煉天外天的法力

即使他在船上垂釣，釣鉤上沒有魚餌，魚都不上鉤

即使遇到頗有修行根器的人，人家卻不理他

他也沒有關係

為什麼一定要得到別人的尊崇和讚揚呢？

為什麼一定要得到別人的肯定呢？

每個人都有佛性，佛性就是心中的一輪明月

心中那一輪明月被塵埃遮掩了才會有那麼多煩惱

被六根障礙了才會動盪不安

我們在生活中，是不是常常被別人的一舉一動影響著心情呢？

是不是就像漂浮在紅塵這片湖泊上的一艘小帆船

隨著一波波湖面的晃動起伏不定呢？

德誠和尚提醒我們，要找回自己心中的明月

不論湖面上激起多大的漣漪

修行的功夫要直直地深入到最底層

心才能夠如如不動

德誠和尚這首詩的意境很美

也提醒我們在庸碌的生活當中

要記得回到家以後，靜下心來迎接自己心中的那一輪明月
